Here's the planning time line that Annandale Community Church are using heading towards July and our August 'Start the Ultimate Relationship' week.

Feel free to download the spreadsheet showing significant dates between now and August and modify for your church. 

April

• Launch 'Ideas that change the world' 4 week course to run in home groups during April/May.
• Lock in dates for the Mission Planning afternoons.
• Launch mission plans at our whole church weekend away (Strong pitch for being involved in the mission)
• Lock in dates for the Mission Planning Arvos and Introducing God course training nights (suggested dates 24 May, 15 June and 25 June).
• Have individual conversations (13 to 20 April) with home group leaders and other key leaders in regards to being part of ‘Start the Ultimate Relationship’ mission team 
• Home group leaders to raise ‘Start the Ultimate Relationship’ with members (21 April to 4 May)
• Staff team to divide up church members and personally invite people to ‘Start the Ultimate relationship’ mission and ask them to lock in leave from work 2 to 8 August and attend Mission Planning Arvo (21 April to 4 May)
• ‘Ideas that change the world’ course runs in Home groups (April – May)

May 

• ‘Start the Ultimate Relationship’ Mission Planning Afternoon 1 (12-4pm, 24 May)
  Objectives:

• Define Mission people, break into section-teams and events
• Lock in Training Night (25 June)
• Get time off work for August 2-10 Mission (30 April)

June

• ‘Start the Ultimate Relationship’ Mission Planning Afternoon 2 (12-4pm, 15 June)
  Objectives:

• Select section leaders
• Define Mission people, section-teams and events
• Lock in Training Night (25 June)
• Get time off work for August 2-10 Mission (30 April)

• Mission follow-up:Introducing God Training Night (25 June)
  Objectives:

• Ensure all church members experience how relaxed and comfortable the evangelism course will be, so they will actually invite guests. 
  Location: hotel function room.
• Pass Introducing God Explanation & Training DVD between Bible study groups for people who missed training night.

July

• Work very hard to ensure that everyone is actually inviting people.
• Ensure section-teams are meeting to tie down loose ends

August

• Run Start the Ultimate Relationship Events
